Notice of the Congregational Annual Meeting on January 25, 2026
The Annual Meeting of the congregation will be held after worship services on January 25, 2026. Agenda items will include:• Reviewing the various board, committee, and pastor’s reports for 2025; • Voting to approve all financial reports for 2025;• Voting to adopt the proposed 2026 budget; • Voting on constitutional changes made at the ELCA Churchwide Assembly;• Electing the following delegates/voting representatives: Delegates to the SE MN Synod Assembly,delegates to the Cannon River Conference Assembly, delegates for the Good Earth Village AnnualMeeting, and CCIC representatives.
There will also be an opportunity for voting members of the congregation to bring up other old or new business.* A reminder to all board/committee chairs: The deadline for annual report submissions is January 1, 2026.
